2025-2030 Consolidated Plan - Community Survey

The Consolidated Plan is a requirement of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for cities to receive federal funding for housing and community development. The plan outlines the City of Lake Forest's priorities for allocating federal entitlement grants from HUD, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The City of Lake Forest is committed to fostering meaningful public engagement throughout the Consolidated Plan process.

Over the next ﬁve years, the City of Lake Forest will be investing grant funds from HUD in infrastructure, community facilities, housing improvements, homelessness services, and public services. These federal HUD funds are intended to assist low income residents and neighborhoods in our City. By taking this survey, your voice will guide our federal HUD funding and help enhance a healthy, safe, and thriving community in Lake Forest!
